New revelations are coming out daily which indicate that, if anything, the Russian collusion was happening on the side of Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama. The more and more we learn, the more obvious it is that the Russia investigation by Robert Mueller is a witch hunt of epic proportions.
Just yesterday it was revealed that the wife of a Justice Department official worked for Crossroads GPS, the outfit that produced the phony Trump-Russia dossier with Hillary Clinton’s campaign money. You can’t make this stuff up.
James Rosen reports via Fox News:
A senior Justice Department official demoted last week for concealing his meetings with the men behind the anti-Trump “dossier” had even closer ties to Fusion GPS, the firm responsible for the incendiary document, than have been disclosed, Fox News has confirmed: The official’s wife worked for Fusion GPS during the 2016 election.
Fusion GPS has attracted scrutiny because Republican lawmakers have spent the better part of this year investigating whether the dossier, which was funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, served as the basis for the Justice Department and the FBI to obtain FISA surveillance last year on a Trump campaign adviser named Carter Page.
“The House Intelligence Committee,” Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., told Fox News in a statement on Monday, “is looking into all facets of the connections between the Department of Justice and Fusion GPS, including Mr. Ohr.”
This is unheard of, the depth to which the Swamp is connected to all facets of the political world. Clearly there is a massive conflict of interest having the wife of a sitting Justice Department official working as a political operative producing phony documents about a candidate during an election year. Move along, nothing to see here!
Previous to this, we had an FBI agent removed from Mueller’s team because the agent was publicly anti-Trump and had no business ever being involved with the investigation in the first place. The special counsel is tainted, and worthless.
There is still nothing – nothing – to indicate that President Trump or anyone in his inner circle did anything to collude with Russia as an attempt to alter the 2016 election.
The special counsel investigation should be disbanded, and Robert Mueller should go back to retirement.
